Notification of intent to cancel sponsorship must be provided in writing. |

Cancellation of sponsorship prior to May 1, 2006 is subject to a 25% cancellation fee; additional exhibit space is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. |

No refunds due to sponsorship cancellation will be granted after May 1, 2006. Sponsor will be obligated to pay any outstanding balance due on sponsorship and/or additional exhibit space as outlined in the sponsor application/contract. |
