Benefits are designed to enhance corporate presence during the XII International Celiac Disease Symposium 2006. All sponsor benefits related to printed promotional materials and inclusion on the website are based on the sponsor meeting printing/production deadlines.
Explanation of Benefits
The benefits listed are based on sponsorship level. Some benefits may not apply or may require additional fees. Think carefully about whom you assign as your main contact person as they will receive all forms pertinent to your sponsorship and will be responsible for completing them and returning them in a timely fashion.
Complimentary Registrations
International Symposium registration(s) are provided, as designated, at the Bronze level or higher.
Clinical Forum registration(s) are provided, as designated, at the Supporter level
Exhibit Booth
All sponsors at the supporter level and above will receive an exhibit booth as part of their sponsorship and will be placed in the sponsor area on the exhibit floor. Exhibit booths are offered on a space-available basis. The value of a standard exhibit space (10' x 10') is $2,500. Exhibit booths will sell out very early and will be made available on a first-come first-serve basis with priority given to sponsors.
Company Description
All sponsors and exhibitors may have one complimentary, 50-word (approximately 550 characters) company description in the Final Program. Submissions will only be accepted electronically with the exhibit application. All descriptions must be submitted and final by July 1, 2006 in order to be printed in the Final Program.
Logo on the Website
All sponsors may have their corporate logo posted on the website when sponsoring an event or item. It is the sponsor's responsibility to provide a logo that meets the required specifications for high-resolution reproduction. Details of the logo specifications will be issued to the organization's main contact person.
Logo in the Final Program
All sponsors may have their logo printed in the Final Program. It is the responsibility of the sponsor to provide a logo that meets the required specification for high-resolution reproduction. Details of the logo specifications will be issued to the organization's main contact person.
Logo on Exhibit Hall Signage
All sponsors will have their logos applied to exhibit hall signage in the exhibit hall. It is the responsibility of the sponsor to provide a logo that meets the required specifications for high-resolution reproduction. Details of the logo specifications will be issued to the organization's main contact person. Please note that the exhibit hall signage will be applied in a random order and will not necessarily correlate with your exhibit booth location.
Science Reception
Silver sponsor level and higher will receive an invitation(s) to the exclusive, invitation-only Science Reception. Invitation(s) will be mailed to the organization's main contact person.
Organizing Committee Dinner
Platinum sponsor level and higher will receive an invitation(s) to the exclusive, invitation-only Science Reception and Organizing Committee Dinner. Invitation(s) will be mailed to the organization's main contact person.
Advertisement in Final Program
Diamond sponsors are offered complimentary advertising space in the final program. Please refer to the Benefits Matrix. Details on booking this complimentary advertising space will be sent to the main contact person.
