All participants of the Connecting Teens With Celiac Disease Program will need to be registered for the XII International Celiac Disease Symposium.  Name badges must be worn at all times during the conference.  Name badges will not be mailed in advance and are required for access to all activities, including the evening receptions.  Plan to pick up your name badge at one of the registration counters located on the 2nd Floor in the Hilton NY Hotel, 1335 Avenue of the Americas, New York City, prior to beginning the program, including the Gala Reception on Thursday evening.

Photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or government issued photo ID) is required at check-in.  If the abovementioned photo ID is not available for participant s of the Connecting Teens With Celiac Program, the  parent or legal guardian of the participant must accompany the participant at registration and provide the required photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or government issued photo ID).   NO EXCEPTIONS!
