Submission

The Scientific Abstract Session will be prominently displayed in the Discovery Corridor located in the Exhibit Hall, Rhinelander Gallery, 2nd floor, Hilton NY Hotel.  It will offer an audience of clinicians, scientists and industry professionals that are actively researching and looking for technology innovations and collaborations.

The deadline for abstract submissions was 28 July. We are no longer accepting abstract submissions.

Abstract Review
A program committee will review proposals and select presentations.  Applicants will receive official notice of acceptance via e-mail September 6, 2006.

Once selected, the presenter will receive an information packet containing details regarding registration and the poster presentation.

Abstract Presentation
The three (3) time sessions for poster presentations (one each day) will run from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Selected abstracts will be given one time slot for presentation.  Also, abstracts may be selected for presentation during the International Symposium or the Clinical Forum based on the topic and quality of the information submitted.  This information will be provided in your official notice of acceptance via email in early September, 2006.

Abstracts will be affixed to a display board. Each abstract should be constructed to fit into the allotted space of four feet by four feet (4'h x 4 'l.) In planning the utilization of the space on the poster board, it is important to use the space located at eye level. Your abstract must be able to fit in the allotted space.

Presenters will be asked to be present at their poster during the breaks in the presentations and lunch.
