100% of our research is focused on celiac disease. Our research reflects the nature of celiac disease as a multisystem disease. Our targets include many of humanity's most feared illnesses, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, infertility, neurological disorders, ADD, ADHD, Autism and depression as it relates to celiac disease. Our research portfolio includes fifteen ongoing research studies in various stages of development along with an immunology research laboratory to further our understanding of the various components of the immune system involved in causing celiac disease. Our medical publications, in peer reviewed journals, attest to the value of the research. We regard the laboratory research that we are funding to be the mainstay of seeking an understanding of the immunology of celiac disease. It is through this research that there will be development of drug therapies that will be used as an adjunct to the gluten-free diet. There are many challenges and opportunities that we will be faced with in the coming years-some we know about, others will emerge as we move ahead.
